With over 27 years of experience, Vijayakumar brings a distinguished career to our team, including key leadership roles at Intellect Design Arena Limited, TVS, and HCL Technologies. His proven expertise in organisational strategy, internal systems design, and implementing shared values will be invaluable as we continue to grow. We're confident that his strategic decision-making and commercial acumen will be instrumental in our next chapter.

Beyond his corporate achievements, Vijayakumar's dedication to the climate mission is a perfect match for our team. As Chairman of the Indian Society of Training & Development (ISTD) and a Director of The International Society for Tree Plantation (TIST), he influenced the planting of 25 lakh trees which successfully demonstrates his commitment to our cause.
